Luisa Puppo and Umberto Curti are the founders and owners of Welcome Management, a consultancy firm specialized in marketing and training for the tourism, enogastronomy and commerce sectors. Welcome Management provides consulting and training services to its clients (hotels, restaurants, tour operators, retailers, training centres, SME organizations as well as local authorities), and presents them with tailored sets of marketing strategies to improve their positioning, targeting and performance.
The firm's range of activity includes tourism development plans, marketing consultancies, EU programmes participation, training projects and publications.
Analyses and surveys concerning foreign markets (B2B and B2C), with a focus on English-speaking countries, represent one of the core activities of the firm. Furthermore, Luisa Puppo has developed several training projects relating to the English language (Business, R&D, Hospitality, Gourmet, Cruise, Retail, Fashion).
Luisa Puppo is a member of AIF (Associazione Italiana Formatori - Italian Trainers Association): she is the Ligurian delegate for local development. Umberto Curti and Luisa Puppo are founding members of RE.TE. (Relazioni e Territori). They are editors and advisors of www.travel2liguria.com (portal and project). Luisa Puppo is the tourism marketing and training manager of the Consorzio Discover Liguria.

Welcome Management features among the promoters of Travel2Liguria (www.travel2liguria.com), a project for the promotion and communication of tourism and enogastronomy in collaboration with journalist Virgilio Pronzati. The project includes an internet portal dedicated to Liguria (Italian/English), the organization of thematic events, PR activities with the foreign markets.
